The guy from Hawaii who talks about heart health and AI.

I grew up in Hawaii. Built a company, GonLED, from an idea to a GSA contract, then retired in 2020 and came back to Kauaʻi to coach my son's soccer team, raise him, and enjoy a slower life.

Then on Mother's Day 2024, I ended up in the ER with heart failure. I'd been living with AFib without knowing it. What followed was a journey of using AI tools like ChatGPT and my Apple Watch to understand my own heart in ways my doctors never had the time to explain.

Now I talk about it. Not as a doctor, but as the patient who figured it out and wants to help you do the same.
